1Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the air999 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on air999, you represent and warrant to air999 that all of the following conditions are true and accurate at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

1.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any gaming or betting service offered by air999. This age restriction is a mandatory condition of air999's international gaming license and is strictly enforced. Air999 does not permit players under the age of 21 to create accounts, make deposits, or participate in any game, bet, or promotional activity on the platform under any circumstances.

Air999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any point during account activity that gives rise to a verification requirement. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or another government-issued photo identification document confirming age and identity.

1.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You confirm that your use of the air999 platform is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or restriction applicable in your jurisdiction.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active air999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Air999 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts across all player data points including device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment method identifiers.

1.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information current throughout your use of the platform. You must promptly notify air999 of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected]. Air999 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on air999, you must complete the full registration process and pass the identity verification procedures required by air999's compliance obligations.

2.1 Registration Process

Registration on air999 requires you to provide your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number (required for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and OTP-based two-factor authentication), a valid email address, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and a secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Air999 operates under an international gaming license that imposes mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Air999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot or confirmation of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by air999 may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your air999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Air999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify air999 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. Air999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify air999 promptly or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own failure to maintain reasonable security precautions.

3Deposits & PKR Payments

Air999 operates a PKR-native cashier that supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant interbank transfer, and 1LINK. All balances on air999 are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on air999 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by air999, though your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet provider may impose its own transaction and daily limits. Bank transfer limits are governed by your respective bank's policies for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your air999 PKR balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the wallet provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to normal interbank clearing timelines. Raast and 1LINK instant transfers are processed in real time where technically supported by both institutions.

3.3 Deposit Ownership

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in your name will result in account suspension pending investigation and may result in the forfeiture of the deposited funds.

3.4 No Interest on Deposits

Air999 does not pay interest on player PKR balances held in the platform's cashier. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from air999's operational funds. Air999 is not a bank or financial institution and does not offer any banking services, savings products, or investment products.

4Withdrawals

Air999 is committed to processing PKR withdrawals as quickly as possible. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during PSL match hours and public holidays in Pakistan. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within one business day. Raast instant transfers are processed in real time for eligible accounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Verification

Air999 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit KYC documentation before your first withdrawal is processed, or where the withdrawal amount triggers an enhanced due diligence review under air999's AML compliance framework. Cooperating promptly with such requests is the fastest way to ensure your PKR withdrawal is processed without delay.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified; any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current or previous bonuses must be fully met before the bonus-associated funds can be withdrawn; and your account must not be under investigation for any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions. Air999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any such investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Air999 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by air999 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the bonus offer communication. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible games within the validity period of the bonus. Bets placed on excluded games or bet types do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a defined validity period during which the associated wagering requirements must be met. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited at the expiry of that period. Air999 does not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Air999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts; using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures; or providing false information to obtain a bonus. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with air999.

5.4 No-Deposit Bonuses

Where air999 offers a no-deposit bonus, the maximum withdrawal from winnings generated by a no-deposit bonus will be stated in the specific offer terms. No-deposit bonuses are offered at air999's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

6Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the air999 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on air999. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, provider, and promotional context. Air999 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, air999 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's PKR balance. Air999 will not honour wins that result from a system error or malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed. Players are advised to notify air999 support immediately if they experience any unusual game behaviour.

6.3 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, and international fixture bets, are governed by air999's sportsbook rules, which are published separately on the platform. In-play cash-out is available on selected markets and is subject to the real-time odds applicable at the moment the cash-out is requested. Air999 reserves the right to suspend cash-out functionality at any time, including during match-critical moments where live odds cannot be reliably calculated.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the air999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during the KYC process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or the platform itself to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted part of the air999 system without authorisation.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or unauthorised mobile wallet access.
• Using any VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geo-restriction or identity verification processes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first raising the matter with air999 support.

8Responsible Gaming

If gambling stops being fun and starts causing financial, emotional, or psychological harm, air999 provides the following tools and resources to help.

8.1 Deposit Limits

Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, providing time for reconsideration.

8.2 Session Timers and Reality Checks

Players can configure hard-stop session timers that automatically log out the account after a defined period of play, regardless of the current session outcome. Reality-check notifications can be set to alert players at regular intervals, displaying total session time and net PKR result.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Any player who feels they need a break from gambling can activate self-exclusion from their air999 dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the air999 platform — including but not limited to the air999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional material, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of air999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the air999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the air999 platform without the express prior written consent of air999. Any unauthorised use of air999 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the air999 platform. This includes without limitation any loss of PKR funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

Air999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Air999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit air999's liability for: death or personal injury caused by air999's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Privacy & Data

Air999 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the air999 Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal data — including your CNIC information, mobile number, JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details, and gaming activity data — is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Air999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Air999 may share data with third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the platform (such as KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud detection services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or the conditions of its international gaming licence.

12Account Termination

12.1 Termination by air999

Air999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where air999 determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, is suspected of fraudulent or criminal activity, has failed to complete required KYC verification, has engaged in bonus abuse, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is terminated for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), air999 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including both deposited funds and any bonus or promotional balances, where permitted by applicable law and the specific circumstances of the breach.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your air999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any verified PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13Disputes & Complaints

Air999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the air999 platform — including a game outcome, a withdrawal delay, a bonus ruling, or an account decision — you should follow the procedure set out below.

13.1 Step 1 — Contact Support

In the first instance, contact air999 live support via the in-platform chat, available 24/7 with PST priority hours from 8AM to 2AM. For non-urgent matters, email [email protected] with full details of your complaint, your account information, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references. Air999 aims to acknowledge all email complaints within 4 hours during PST business hours and to resolve them within 5 business days.

13.2 Step 2 — Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to the air999 compliance team by stating "FORMAL COMPLAINT ESCALATION" in your email subject line. The compliance team will conduct an independent review of the complaint and provide a final written decision within 10 business days.

13.3 External Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure above, players may seek referral to the external dispute resolution body designated by air999's international gaming licence regulator. 14Amendments to Terms

Air999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, air999 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the air999 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights of Pakistani consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation. Air999 acknowledges its obligations to Pakistani players as users of the platform and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and legally compliant service to all players in Pakistan.
